I know people are going to ask so Ill let you know where I got all this before you even ask. I had previously got my brewer's yeast from Amazon.com and had some leftover and used that. Everything else I got at my local grocery store. Except the flaxseed meal I found at Target in the baking isle.
You'll want to eat between 2-4 cookies a day. Start off with two and increase if you don't see an increase in your milk supply. An increase usually happens between a few hours and a few days of eating these lactation cookies.
Enjoy!
PS. Its perfectly fine for your partners and kids to eat these cookies too. They aren't limited to just the nursing mother... though thats what I tell my family so they don't eat them, HA!
